On December 3, 2020, FanYu formally executed a major, multi-category fresh vegetable supply contract with Vietnam's Shuihe Agriculture Development, Investment, and Trade Co., Ltd. The landmark agreement, totaling 10,800 tons and comprising 3,600 tons of fresh garlic, 1,200 tons of fresh onions, and 6,000 tons of fresh potatoes, marked a pivotal breakthrough for FanYu in the Vietnamese market. More significantly, it served as a powerful demonstration of the company's capability to integrate premium agricultural resources from across China and execute standardized, cross-border supply chain solutions.
For this contract, FanYu leveraged its strengths in resource consolidation and quality control within China's core producing regions. To meet the specific preservation and transportation requirements for garlic, onions, and potatoes, the FanYu team established stringent direct procurement and grading protocols at the source in key provinces like Shandong and Yunnan. By utilizing its own pre-cooling treatment and packaging systems, FanYu ensured the produce met export-quality standards right from the point of origin. Furthermore, the company capitalized on its well-established customs clearance networks at major ports in Guangxi and Yunnan, supported synergistically by its dedicated Cambodia transport fleet established in 2020. This integrated approach created a highly efficient, low-loss, closed-loop logistics system from the Chinese fields directly to the Vietnamese market.
