At the beginning of 2025, Fan Yu successively completed two strategic cooperation deals: on January 1st, it signed an 8,500-ton multi-category agricultural product supply agreement with Vietnam's Jiafu Company; and in the same year, it reached an export order of nearly 200 commercial freezers with a well-known trading enterprise in Cambodia. Although the products in these two cooperations are of different forms, they jointly confirm Fan Yu's efficient synergy and systematic service capabilities on the dual tracks of "agricultural product trade + equipment manufacturing", demonstrating its comprehensive strength as an integrated supply chain solution provider.
Multi-category agricultural product exports: A concentrated manifestation of refined supply chain operations
The cooperation with Vietnam Jiafu covers five major categories of products: carrots, potatoes, onions, persimmons, and Hami melons, with a total volume of 8,500 tons. The complexity of such orders lies not only in their scale but also in the differentiated requirements for harvesting standards, preservation techniques, and temperature control during logistics for each category. Fan Yu, relying on its established planting cooperation bases and harvesting standard systems in China's core production areas, has achieved synchronized dispatch and quality control from multiple origins. Through grading and pre-cooling, differentiated packaging, and dedicated cold chain transportation, it has ensured the quality of cross-border circulation, especially for delicate products like persimmons and Hami melons. This collaboration marks that Fan Yu has the capability to integrate multi-category, large-volume, and high-demand fresh produce supply chains, providing large-scale trading customers with stable and reliable year-round supply guarantees.
Commercial freezer export: Deep integration of manufacturing capacity and market insight
The export of nearly 200 freezers to the Cambodian market is another move in Fanyu's international business layout. These devices have been adaptively designed based on the climate characteristics of Southeast Asia and the demands of commercial scenarios, embodying Fanyu's concept of "manufacturing close to the market". The completion of this order not only relies on the performance and price advantages of the products themselves, but also benefits from the logistics support and after-sales service system that Fanyu has established locally, forming a complete closed loop of "sales + delivery + service". This case further strengthens Fanyu's brand penetration and customer trust in the commercial refrigeration equipment market in ASEAN.
Synergistic Value: One-stop Solution Capability from Commodities to Equipment
Although the two cooperations are independent, they are intrinsically interrelated: customers in the agricultural product trade are often also the demand side for cold chain equipment. By simultaneously promoting the export of bulk agricultural products and the manufacturing of commercial equipment, Fan Yu is gradually building a composite supply chain model of "commodities + equipment + services". This not only reduces the coordination costs of multi-party procurement for customers but also enhances the overall operational efficiency of customers by providing a mutually complementary product system.
The two achievements in 2025 are the systematic returns of Fan Yu's continuous investment over the years around the "manufacturing + trade + supply chain" strategy. The company has grown from a single-category trader or manufacturer to a reliable supply chain partner capable of providing cross-category and cross-link solutions. In the future, Fan Yu will continue to deepen the dual-track synergy and continuously create integrated value in the global market expansion.
