Our partner farms are located in the plateau basin areas of Yunnan, where unique natural conditions ensure exceptional raw material quality:
Plateau Climate: Abundant sunlight and significant day-night temperature variations allow radishes to grow at a moderate pace, resulting in higher dry matter content, an extra-crisp and tender texture, natural sweetness, and mild pungency.
Clean Soil & Water: Cultivation areas are free from industrial pollution and irrigated with clean water, ensuring safety and superior quality from the very source.
Selected Varieties: We use dedicated daikon radish varieties ideal for processing—resistant to pithiness, with straight and uniform shapes—grown on a large scale.
2. Modern Processing & Diverse Product Forms
We offer two main product types tailored to the needs of international markets:
Salted Daikon Strips: Made using food-grade salt through natural lactic acid fermentation or direct brining. These are a key ingredient in Japanese fukujinzuke, Korean kimchi (radish cubes), and ready-to-eat pickles. The product is tangy, crisp, and delivers consistent flavor.
Dried/Dehydrated Daikon Strips: After washing and cutting, radish strips are gently dried using low-temperature air-drying technology. They rehydrate well and are ideal for long-term storage and transportation. Widely used in soup mixes, blended vegetable packs, and instant seasoning sachets.
3. Strict Grading & Quality Control System
Uniform Specifications: Can be custom-cut into strips, cubes, or dices (e.g., 5mm strips, 10mm dices) with neat edges and high batch-to-batch consistency.
Clean & Safe Processing: Entire production takes place in export-standard workshops, with multi-stage washing and ozone/UV sterilization.
Quality Testing: Every batch is tested for salinity, moisture, acidity (if applicable), microbiology, and pesticide residues to ensure compliance with food safety standards of China and target import countries. Compliant test reports are available upon request.

Customized Packaging: Salted products are typically packed in sealed plastic drums or pouches; dried products come in vacuum bags or cartons with aluminum-lined inner bags. We support custom weight packaging (e.g., 20kg/box, 10kg/bag) according to client requirements.
