In 2023, the focus of the cooperation was on high-value fruits and vegetables, aiming to set a benchmark for refined supply chain management. In November 2023, Fan Yu and Vietnam's Bao Ming Agriculture successfully signed an agreement to supply 2,700 tons each of fresh potatoes, fresh onions, and fresh Hami melons, totaling 8,100 tons. Among these, Hami melons, as a high-value and high-preservation-demand category, became the key point of collaboration. For this, Fan Yu initiated a full-temperature-controlled supply chain solution from the origin to the port, implementing standardized harvesting and pre-cooling in high-quality production areas such as Xinjiang, China. Through professional refrigerated containers and a rapid port clearance system, it effectively reduced losses and ensured the quality of the fruits. This cooperation marks that Fan Yu has the systematic capability to serve high-value and high-demand categories in supply chain management, capable of providing stable and high-quality specialty fruit and vegetable supplies to its partners. 

Cooperation in 2024: Expanding the product category mix and strengthening the stable supply system throughout the year
In April 2024, Fan Yu signed an agreement with Vietnam's Yinhueyitong Member Responsibility Co., Ltd., covering four major categories: fresh garlic, fresh carrots, fresh tomatoes, and fresh oranges, totaling 3,000 tons. This cooperation further enriches Fan Yu's supply category structure in the Vietnamese market. Particularly, fresh tomatoes and fresh oranges are highly perishable goods, which have extremely high requirements for logistics and warehousing. Relying on its resource coordination capabilities in multiple domestic production areas and a mature cross-border logistics network, Fan Yu has formulated differentiated packaging and transportation plans for customers, ensuring the freshness and value of the goods during long-distance circulation. This cooperation also indicates that Fan Yu has the ability to provide local customers with diversified and stable year-round supply, helping them optimize inventory structure and cope with market fluctuations.
